EFQM – The model of success in a global network


Our value creation processes are globally distributed among our worldwide sites. To improve the location advantage in the overall performance of our services continuously, we need a unified and cross-linked management system.

As a base thereof, the CCS Group has decided to use the shown process model in accordance to EFQM..


We want to achieve the following goals:

  • The company processes are coordinated with the group processes.
  • Within the subsidiary processes there is enough space for individual further development.
  • All standard requirements are mapped into a single management system.

The model can be used flexibly and supports the process organisation.


Six Sigma


Quality requirements are constantly increasing. In the 21st century, it is no longer just to present a ISO certification and to provide good quality. Customers adopt to a new level of quality quickly and adjust their expectations accordingly. Those who want to operate successfully on the market, have to offer the best quality at a competitive price.

Therefore the terms “business excellence” and “best practice” will become the critical selection criteria in the competitive environment of the coming years.

Having said this, we commit ourselves to continuous quality improvements and set our focus accordingly on process validation, with the aim to provide a documented proof that our processes are stable within the specified tolerances and work in compliance with the guaranteed quality features of the products to be manufactured.

The tolerance limits are defined by means of control charts and Six Sigma methods, which to us are not simply slogans but applied tools in the context of the SPC (Statistical Process Control).
